Eventide IPA

IPA - Red

6.5% ABV 65 IBU

The Eventide IPA is a red IPA based on the American Style IPA and offers a prominent hop aroma with a piney/spicy character derived from Simcoe and Chinook hops. In addition, to the pronounced hop aroma this IPA offers a distinct hop character that is balanced by a Pale 2-Row and Caramel malts. This IPA pours a light amber with a pronounced off white head that provides a significant amount of lacing.

Aurora Pils

Pilsner - Other

Inspired by the Bohemian Pilsener, this lager offers a rich, complex malt profile with a spicy, floral presence of Saaz hops. This beer pours a deep burnished gold, which is brilliantly clear with a creamy white head. The lager tastes of complex maltiness combined with a pronounced yet soft rounded bitterness and spicy flavor from Saaz hops. 2019 Virginia Craft Beer Cup Silver Medal for Czech Lager. 2019 United States Beer Tasting Championship National Grand Champion in Pilsner.

Falls Ridge Vienna Lager

Our Falls Ridge is a Vienna-Style Lager that pours a brilliantly clear reddish brown. This lager has a wonderful malt aroma with a slight toasted and bready character. In addition, there are subtle hints of Noble hops. While this is a malt forward beer, the overall impression is balanced by a crisp hop bitterness that does not linger on the palate. This produces a beer that is perfectly balanced, soft, elegant and exceptionally complex.

This milk stout builds a tight, thick head like

whipped cream. The aroma is of chocolate,

with hints of coffee. The fluffyhead coats your upper lip and its creaminess entices your

palate. Initially roasty, mocha flavors rise, with a slight hop and roast bitterness in the finish.

Sleeping Bear Weizenbock

Bock - Weizenbock

This Weizenbock is a strong, malty, slightly fruity, wheat-based ale. We combined the best flavors of a dunkelweizen and the richness and body of a bock. Think of banana nut bread in a glass. Warming and delicious.

Hermenator Doppelbock

This lager is a copper/brown bock that presents with a high malt character. There are subtle toasted/nut like aromas imparted from the Munich and Vienna malts used as the core of the malt bill. The malty sweetness of the beer is wonderfully balanced by the subtle bitterness imparted by German noble hops.

5 Suns Smoothie Sour

The Five Suns Smoothie sour is a series of smoothie style sours that are jam packed with tons of fruit flavor. Our newest variation of the Five Suns is brewed with strawberry, mango, and pineapple. Rich in fruit flavors, this sour is brewed with milk sugar giving the beer a creamy like mouthfeel that helps compliment the flavor profile leaving the sour incredibly smooth and flavorful.

Spartan Imperial Honey IPA

IPA - Imperial / Double

9.5% ABV 85 IBU

This imperial IPA is extremely hoppy with distinct tropical (pineapple) and citrus tones, with slight pine characteristics. The hop character is complemented by an addition of 300-lbs of orange blossom honey that gives it a nice smoothness to the finish. Our imperial IPA has is a high ABV strong ale approaching barley wine in strength, but without the malty sweetness of a barley wine. Overall, this is an extremely easy to drink Imperial IPA and balances hop bitterness, hop flavor, hop aroma, malt backbone, and alcohol.

Sour Grapes Moscato Sour

Brewed with 30% Moscato grape must, our kettle sour is bursting with fruit flavors. The brilliantly clear reds are complimented by a slight bitterness that is perfectly balanced with sourness of the beer.

Harvested Apple Lager

Our Harvested Apple Lager uses 30% cider from the Pacific Northwest, the beer offers an amazing aroma of fresh apples. On the palate there is a slight tartness that is complemented by a slight hop bitterness. The overall impression is a lager beer that is dry on the palate yet crisp and refreshing and bursting with apple flavors and aromas.
